Mechanic very rude. Although there are state and federal laws. That all places must abide by. Hoopers or a third party, not related to them , will turn you into these such peolpe or authorities to keep our roads safe . Or cause you wright a negative blog about them. Which is my opinion As someone did me. And if you need a break on a price Check out coopers auto body. It's done right and they understand each person's sisuation on prices. I do give hoopers 5 stars for being 100 percent by the books and by the law. And that's the way it should be. So expect that when you come there.
