| Shawn Smialek | Had an emergency heat pump issue leak, that was flooding my basement. This occurred after hours and the only way the technician would come out is if I had a contract with them. I don't understand how you can call yourself a 24 hour service if you only willing to help people that already have a contract with you. Griffith should specify that they only work emergency after hour issues if you have a contract with them, very misleading. |
