I was never late on any of my payments on my agreements that I had through them and the one payment I forgot to make the day it was due I was harassed by their management until I was able to finally make it over to the store to make the payment. I was totally embarrassed by the store manager and the sales manager while making my payment just because I was one day late on making my payment when my payment wasn't even due until the 5th of the month. Do not do business with this store. Aaron's overall is a really good company to do business with just the Buckhannon location really stinks at customer service where the management is concerned. A total overhaul is needed at that location if you ask my opinion. |
