The first time they came out in over a foot of snow and fixed a pipe under the house and charged only 79. I thought wow they are great. The second time the same pipe busted because they left it on the ground for it to freeze again uninsulated. This time they charged almost 500 for a pipe they partially fixed before. If I do a job half effort and charge over 5 times my initial charge, wouldn't that make me a price gouging company that prey's on people. After calling and trying to get get the charges reduced and getting belittled in a conundrum argument, I found out that I will use professionals this time. At least they won' t make 3 trips to Lowe's to get parts and spend 5 hours on a pipe they had supposedly already fixed.
