William Pickering | I went to check with the rental group about renting a chainsaw. They were very helpful. Then also went into the main store to check on some home improvement most of the employee's were helpful some? The cash out lane employees were GREAT. |
Lorena Gonzalez | I bought a washer and dryer and was told I would be purchasing the models on display because they didn't have anymore and they wouldn't be able to order new ones since a new model was coming out soon. They were in great condition so I agreed, I was told they would be wrapped and taken to the back until they were delivered. About 4 days later I went back and happen to see that the washer and dryer I had bought was still on display and the dryer was damaged. I approached the the man at the appliance counter, and let him know about the damage. He become very defensive, raised his voice and told me he had been off for a couple days and he didn't know anything about it. I then asked if appliances get put in the back after being sold he answered if there's room. Before I can ask him anything else he told me to go to customer service and walked away. I went to customer service and explained to the lady what had just happened and she asked her supervisor and she then told her to send me back to appliances it wasn't an issue that they could take care of. The lady at customer service than walked me back to appliances and the same man was back at the counter they both exchanged some words then customer service lady said I'll help you. She paged for a manager but no one came she just talked to one over the phone. Manager told her to tell me the washer and dryer were damaged already and that's why they were on sale, customer service lady told she/he they were on sale due to “Competitor pricing” the manager then told her to tell me all they could do is give me a 25 discount. I was really upset with the whole situation I went ahead and cancelled my whole purchase |
