They kept us updated throughout the whole day of installation. A few months later, we had a problem with the Turbocat vacuum roller, and as we suspected it may be faulty from the manufacturer, they were so kind to replace it and we have not had a problem since. We love the system, and had the outlets placed into closets upstairs and downstairs so they are completely out of sight, even though they are small and not really noticeable. Would highly recommend! |
