| Elaine Hoglen-Henslee | Took our F350 Diesel King Cab in for an alternator replacement and repair of the driver's seat power switch. Repairs were made in timely manner and done very well. However we were charged the cost of a new alternator and a remanufactured one was installed. They also charged an excessive amount for determining the seat switch needed replacement. Thus, good workmanship but overcharging for costs. |
