Courteous friendly service. Parts were ordered, recieved and he came back and in minutes had the switch in and even gave me time to clean the area I can never get to. Thanks Greg.

The service technician was great with his diagnosis but I had to pass on the repair. On top of the 90 service call, Sears wanted to charge 160+tax to replace a 15 thermal fuse that would take 1 minute to change.

Prompt, on time, cleanly and professional, I had an appointment literally the next day. He found the problem with my dishwasher and fixed it. And even went the extra mile to check out the rest of the unit and saved us some heartbrake by fixing a leaking pipe as best he could. And told us how to permanently fix it as well! 100 recommend!!!

I never had an appointment with this service. So I give you a zero for poor technology and customer service!

Sears gets you to make an appt, tell you what you want to hear and promises the fix you want with a price. The technician cane out, said the compressor was bad, but would not replace it as I was told to have a working refrigerator. He said the people setting the appt's lie all the time to get people on the books. Instead of the possible 500, total, repair, it would be over 1000 to fix it! When I called customer service, they said they would put in a complaint, but no conformation that anything was done and certainly no refund! That isn't customer service, that's stealing money from people! Don't let them fool you into getting your money, they have no idea what the technicians do in the field. They will get you an appt and take your money! Never use Sears, use someone reputable to take care of your needs!
