I had a different company come yesterday for maintenance they were running a special so I made an appointment and then my furnace wouldn't kick in the next day. I called the original company and left two messages and did not receive a call back. I called Spokane Comfort Systems and Jason came right over and fixed everything up. Come to find out most of the maintenance stuff that should have been done wasn't even done. I am getting a refund from them! Thanks Jason I will be calling him next time! |

Jason showed up on time, was extremely professional, nice, honest, VERY knowledgeable, and let me know what was going on with our furnace step by step--providing great information on our system and made helpful recommendations. Jason took excellent care of us. Such a nice change from the pushy, rude sales-focused technicians that we have dealt with in the past. Reasonable prices for exceptional service! I called a few other larger companies in town and was not impressed but when I read Spokane Comfort System's reviews and talked to Michelle on the phone I knew we found the best one!
