| Ann B | Took my sisters machine in for repair as I had used it to make a small curtain for a door and had bent the needle crank. I was lied to and was refused a detailed receipt. When I returned to pick up the machine I was told it was given a complete overhaul. I expressed that I did not ask for that. The machine was brand new, my sister had never used it. The woman said it was full of lint and was "not" new. I was charged 80. I asked for a detailed receipt showing what the repairman had done, they refused to supply that. I do not recommend this establishment after being lied to and ripped off. |
