Taking off stars because that's all Fred's does, delivery and leave, they don't install their products. And on top of that, when you spend 5k on appliances, I'd expect atleast one follow up to see how it was going. But I heard nothing, they delivered, left and that's it. But tons of communication on the front end trying to get the sale. I won't use them in the future, tons of other places with actual customer service and will install. |
