My refrigerator water dispenser stopped working. I called on a Thursday and was able to secure an 8:00-10:00 a.m. appointment for the following Tuesday. By 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, the main office called and said my technician was running late. I appreciated the update. I received a text message with a picture of the technician letting me know he was on his way. The technician was able to diagnose the issue and give me a quote for parts and labor that was about 450. However, I determined I was able to replace the part on my own so the technician helped me price the part online, gave me a retailer in the area to check, and talked me through the process of replacing the part. It's a simple repair and I appreciated his honesty. In all, the service from Mr. Appliance cost me 119 to properly diagnose the problem and get me started.

My washing machine stopped working so I called for Mr appliance and he was here really fast and managed to find the problem and solved it with a reasonable and affordable price all while showing great respect and care for myself and my appliances. I truly feel that if I have another problem on another of my appliances then "I know who to call" and its not the ghost busters

Scheduled an appointment between a 2 hour window. 1 hour after the window still no call saying they would be late. I called and then I was told it would be another 2 hours. Frustrated but still rescheduled for the next day within another 2 hour window. This time they called and said they had a scheduling conflict and it would be another hour after the window. People don't have time to just sit around all day because you are not able to manage your schedules. Now going with a different company to complete the work. Not a good company to use if you are tight for time
