| David Grein | We would highly recommend using Andy at Full Throttle for repairs. We we're driving through on our way to Oregon, when our alternator in our 2002 Tahoe stopped charging the battery. We found Full Throttle online and they said come on in. Andy quickly diagnosed the problem quoted us a reasonable estimate to fix it as soon as he could have a new alternator delivered. The nearest part store was 45 min away. In an hour a new alternator was delivered but Andy discovered it had a fault. He called the parts store who delivered another one in 45 min. Andy checked it out and had it installed in 15 min and we were on our way. His mother was his office manager that day and she was very nice to talk with while we waited. They both made the experience as pleasant as possible and the price was reasonable. |
