| Tom Marcucci | I set an appointment with this company for installation of a new dishwasher - GE Profile purchased from Albert Lee Appliance. The person who came seemed puzzled and unsure of himself...repeatedly asking me questions and calling his boss. He was puzzled that the dishwasher had water in the piping... which is left over from the factory pressure test and normal. Said he thought it was a "used" dishwasher. Said he was missing a necessary fitting... The install is in a house built in 2001... so not any weird ancient fittings or connections. I had even purchased a new hot water water supply hose and associated fittings! I finally had enough and sent him packing and called another plumber Union City Plumbing to do the install. It cost me his travel / service fee.. but I wasn't interested in having him do the work. No where near the level of professionalism I expect from someone advertising as a "repair/ installation" service. |
| paynless automotive | The repair gentlemen came out in February and said they were ordering parts. He talked me into buying a whole washer and dryer from them as soon as this one was fixed. I was GREAT let do it. Oops sorry my washer parts never got ordered so it still leaks and now has ruined my floor. I will never use this place and never recommend them |
