I was actually referred to Coffee Physics by another Espresso Repair place in Seattle because Coffee Physics is the only espresso repair place that fixes any & all espresso brands. I sent Gustavo some pictures of what was FAILING on my rotary vane pump Espresso Machine and he always emailed me back each time with full patience. Anyway, Coffee Physics diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts within one week, and once my parts came in from out of State, they installed the new UPGRADED PARTS and I picked-up my ECM Espresso machine all within about 3 weeks total turnaround time and I paid a reasonable price for the parts and repairs. They took care not to scratch my gorgeous chrome machine as well. So it is now better than it was as the part that failed developed a crack causing the water tank to leak underneath, and now I have the upgraded version of that part. | Ryan G | Coffee Physics was recommended by the La Marzocco Ballard service team as their recommended techs to service my GS/3 MP. Sadly, my machine had a long-brewing leak that ended up destroying the control board. It wasn't a cheap fix mostly due to the high cost of parts, but the team at Coffee Physics diagnosed it quickly. They were willing to drive out for a house call to the Eastside, which is very accommodating given their offices are in Greenwood. Felipe quickly identified numerous leaks and parts that needed to be replaced. Ultimately we agreed to have them bring the machine back to their offices to diagnose why the display wasn't working properly. Got a call the very next business day informing me of the damaged control board, along with images of the damage. Parts were ordered and the unit was repaired and picked up after about two business days. The team at Coffee Physics knows their stuff. I wouldn't hesitate to have them service my machine in the future. |
