| Rexy Tortuga | These folks WASH are the only Maytag authorized repair people in the Seattle area. I bought 4 maytag coin op stacking washer dryers and they have been a nightmare. The trouble is compounded by the useless techs that this operation employs. I have had about 40-45 break downs over the 4 machines and the first 22-28 months. The first time they came out the tech took off about 3 parts and said he would be back, but never returned and about a month later they billed me for 700 Ha! I have a funny feeling that they have no need to actually fix anything. Who knows what the owner thinks his folks are doing, but they can't fix anything. You would be better off going to You tube and struggling through fixing it yourself. |
