I've been like “the boy who cried wolf.” The first time I called for a service appointment I found out that my kids had just blown the pilot light out to our water heater. The second time I called for a service appointment, I found out the kids had unplugged the AC unit outside. I was shocked when I called for a third appointment that they sent someone out again to fix the problem, again free of charge. Their customer service has been outstanding, not to mention the price for the install was only one third the price of the other four estimates we received. Thank you! |
