I have regular seasonal care and had an issue about my heat pump defrosting. I called and they had someone out to help within 24 hours and it was all covered under the service plan. I also had several questions about how to make my house more efficient and they were calm with me and answered all my questions. Very great service and would recommend to anyone.

Air-Tech installed additional heating/cooling in our house during an extensive remodel in 2019. When one of the newly installed units failed to work correctly, Air-Tech worked on the unit until it worked perfectly. All the folks at Air-Tech with whom we've dealt please forgive any omissions or misspellings have been great: Nick, Pablo, and Geri. Pablo performed our first regular maintenance with Air-Tech yesterday and was very thorough, informative, and a pleasure to have in our home. When he knew he was going to be a few minutes late arriving, he gave us a call. And Geri also gave us a courtesy call to ask if the visit was progressing as expected. We are very pleased with this company thus far.

The two techs were very thorough. I indicated there was a problem and they checked in with boss who told them what they could do to fix the problem. They did that and everything works fine now.
