I purchased a home in Pateros with a HVAC system that was A too small for the home once it was remodeled and added on to and B the end of its useful life. Other companies quoted full remodeling and the destruction of my ceiling to install additional ducts in the home. The Kruse employees, specifically Thad Brady, investigated all possibilities and was able to install all new ducts with minor drywall work saving me thousands of dollars. In addition, they have stood behind their work when other companies would have normally charged for a service call to ensure my new air handler and heat pump were working to my satisfaction even years after the installation. Additionally, the previous owners of the home had incorrectly installed the wiring for the hot tub. In the end, the operating computer was destroyed. Not only did they come out the next day and install the proper wiring; one worker took it upon himself to find the operating computer at a fraction of the cost I was quoted from a Wenatchee company.
