Most recently helped an elderly friend get a washing machine, as it tuned out, after a couple of weeks it had issues. But, hey, it was a used machine, what do you expect. Well, you expect for them to honor their 90 day warranty..which they did, no questions asked!! To expedite things a bit they offered a replacement machine rather than waiting on a repair of the first one. Had to wait a couple of days till they could get one together, but not everything can be "instant". Remember, If you need to return something, the attitude you go in with is the the attitude you are going to get back! Jake and Heidi were great, Thank you. |
