| Nikki Schutzmann | No stars for you Sears repair in Moses Lake Wa. I had a repair service call Friday. The service guy said my issue was a dirty drain filter in my Washing Machine. He takes it out...hands it to ME to clean. He puts it back in and says that's the problem and leaves. He doesn't test it or anything. I put clothes in to wash and it doesn't work. I call him right back and I can't leave a message because his voicemail is full. I text him several times and he never returned my call. Did I mention I took the day off to be here for my sometime between 8:00am-5pm appointment? So I have to reschedule for the next appointment date. I take the day off again to have him cancel my appointment. I reschedule for the next day and take yet another day off to have my appointment cancelled again! I took 3 days off of work with no pay to still have a broken washing machine! I called and nobody can come out because they are over booked! I don't care if you have to work past 5pm this is so not right!!!! Horrible customer service! Not everyone stays home all day...I work and now you have cost me time and money!!!! If they weren't contracted by my home warranty company I would NEVER do business with them again. |
