| Alan Averlast | The last 3 rentals I have been in buy their appliances from Guaranteed Appliance. The first house, the refrigerator purchased approximately 100 days prior had an issue with the Freon and stopped working just outside of their warranty window. The second house had the stove replaced with a 3 of the 4 burners working and only one wire rack inside not to mention how ugly the unit was. The 3rd house had the refrigerator replaced with a unit that is covered in hard water stains, scratches, smells like an ashtray AND the took the connector to the water line and did not reconnect the water and ice maker. This place is the absolute worst to get appliances from and the property management and landlords are terrible as well for working with this rip off of a company. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE ALL THE WAY AROUND. |
