After 13 years, it needed repairs that probably weren't worth doing, although Lonnie would have done it had we asked. We bought another Riccar, he gave us a fair deal and I wouldn't go anywhere else for our vacuum. He understands what living with multiple dogs is like and what is the best vacuum for the job. Thank you Lonnie! I don't know what the reviewer who said the selection was poor and the shop was shabby was talking about, but don't let her bad review stop you from going to Countryside. |
