| Bob Barker | Lakewood Appliances are HORRIBLE!!!!!! avoid them by any cost possible. I have had issues with two of there technicians on three different occasions. The first issue is the lack of professionalism!!! I have had a "no show" by one of there techs... I waisted a whole day and lost a day of being at work due to their horrible engineers and Lakewood appliances as a company not calling and even giving me a courtesy heads up that nobody will be showing up. The second issue I have is one of their technicians told us that if we have an issue with our appliance To break it when he is not around in the car back into whirlpool. I cannot believe what lack of respect and professionalism Lakewood has to offer with not just one but to techs. The techs who came in to my home did not remove there muddy shoes! they were rude and had an attitude! The technician did not listen to my issues and has come back over three times for the same issue. Despite that I have video evidence of the particular issue making specific noise is the tech acknowledged the issue and did not note it. I have called Lakewood to follow up on my issues with the Lakewood techs and nothing is being done by there management. Do not waste your time! I am in contact with my family friend who's is a executive at Whirlpool to ensure they get dropped as a certified appliance shop. |
