I called Appliance Mechanics for a second opinion and they came out, pulled the oven all the way out, diagnosed the problem, gave me the part number so I could look it up, ordered it, called when it came in and repaired it for 600. From now on I will only be calling appliance mechanics. I'm very pleased with their company from the person answering the phone to the mechanics. A+! |
| Dennis Gerik | Oliver is a true professional. He arrived right on time...came in - did his diagnosis and was straight up with us. Yep, the WM needs to be replaced. He said “yeah, I could do the repair but I just wouldn't feel right about taking your money when it would be better to get a new one.” That got my respect. Thanks and if we need another appliance looked at - guess who we are calling. These guys are legit. |
