My dryer had suddenly started making this horrible squealing noise, so I called Appliance Repair Kirkland on a Monday afternoon and scheduled the repair appointment for two days later. Jeck asked for the model number over the phone, so I was pretty sure he had an idea what the problem was before he even showed up. He arrived right in the middle of the scheduled window, worked quickly and efficiently to replace the part, finished in about 30 minutes, and even offered to vacuum up the dust and mess from having taken the dryer apart. The cost seemed reasonable given that he had to completely take apart the entire dryer to access the faulty part, and he put everything back together and made sure it ran quietly before declaring the job finished. The next time I need an appliance repaired, I will be calling Appliance Repair Kirkland!
