| Luke Baranouskas | Was contacted by Chris 09/22/2017 at 12:50p asking to schedule a furnace maintenance by the owner of home my family and I rent in Lynnwood home of which we replace the furnace filter every 3-4 months, and at 1:27p we together scheduled an appointment for this Thursday at 8a. At 8:11am today I called looking for Lodestar, and Chris said the homeowner canceled the appointment. No call, voicemail, or text to let us know this was canceled - I don't believe Chris knows what arrangements we made to be available today, more importantly - what kind of company sets an appointment and doesn't clearly communicate with the people involved? We felt like our time was wasted with this company. |
