He told me honestly that he can fix it but it is not a good long term solution as this fridge has all those potential problems. He recommended me to get a new one and told me Kitchen Aids will be a good bet. After all his driving and spending more than 45 min at my place, he only charge me a very reasonable service fee of 85. Last guy from Appliance Repair ASAP was a rip off. His house call was 180 and repair a 15 parts for almost 500. After all, the fix from Appliance Repair ASAP guy didn't even work after couple months.
