| Steve Katona | Terrible repair...and don't believe the folks when they state they stand behind their repair -- they DON'T. Beats headphones came back working worse. Repair was for right side speaker that was dead. I went for the less expensive route for repair -- my BAD. Exchange was quick, but headphones came back with another issue! Things worked, but the headphones weren't used that often, but there was a quirky issue with the volume just randomly going down to zero like there was something stuck with the "down" side of the volume button. But it happened intermittently and a few taps took care of the issue...didn't seem like an issue at first where I would need to send them back and be without them for a couple weeks. The issue got worse and then it started to impact the "Power" button. I contacted JoesGE, but their 100 day warranty expired by now, and they were going to charge for another repair now making it cost more had I gone to Apple in the first place. I explained the issue happened with the 100 day period it's just that I was contacting them afters. Didn't matter - they would NOT stand behind their repair. NO INTEGRITY and NOT A TRUSTWORTHY place. Use these folks at your own risk. |
| Mike Parris | These guys were superb!From the initial introduction to the end; payment and receiving my tracking information. They were spot on with the prognosis and the cost as well as the added touch upsnew earpads and new headband that they gave me for a great price. THe best part of all this was how fast they got my Beats back to me. I paid for it on a Friday, they are closed on the weekend, so they weren't even able to do anything until the following Monday. Remember, Thursday is Thanksgiving... I still got them Wednesday afternoon!! This was a coast to coast shipping! They are in Washington state and I am in Washington DC!! I will absolutely use these guys again if needed and will absolutely be recommending them to all my friends and family that need their electronics repaired! Great job guys!! |

I shipped it out to them and with in about a week they fixed the issue and shipped it back. I would recommend them for any electronic repairs you may have.
