Which left wrinkles in boot shank. When boots were dropped off were told one thing would be done to soles when picking up something else had actually been done on soles woman in store instead that is what my husband was told would be done even though she was not there when boots were dropped off. This is the second time expectations have not been met by this shoe repair in June of 2018 cowboy boots my husband needed for daughter's wedding were not ready when promised they were very apologetic and did finish the work 2 days before the wedding instead of the week before as it should have been. 2 strikes and you are out.... |
