I knew the unit was freezing up, but the air would not come on at night and gradually the house kept feeling hotter and hotter especially on the third floor. John was sent out to home to take a look at the unit and do any necessary maintenance on it. He discovered that the motor wasn't working, called in the same day for a new motor to be sent out to my home right away. He waited patiently for it, and in the meantime did all of the maintenance and even gave some excellent tips for my home. John informed me that, thankfully, my motor was still under warranty, which I would have never known otherwise. He did such a good job I decided this was a company I wanted to stay with, and I became a member. Last year I had the same issue with my air conditioner and the company I called was not able to identify what the cause was. This year I call M.E. Flow and they figured it out in less than 30 minutes and had me squared away by lunch time. I am grateful for a cool home, can sleep at night, and no longer have anxiety about it. Thank you! |
Pat Flowe | When my hot water heater suddenly stopped providing me with a hot shower one morning, I called the company I've been using for my HVAC service, and hey were not able to send anyone till the next day. I checked local plumbing recommendations from the Fairfax Best Picks directory. The M.E. Flow listing looked good, and I'd often thought of using them because Millard Flow was a cousin, I believe of my husband. I called and they send Raoul out in a few hours. Arrangements were made to replace my aging hot water heater with a new one at an agreeable cost. The crew came the next day and efficiently installed my new heater in the cramped space available. I'm sure it was not an easy task, but they did a beautiful job, explained the new appliance features to me and left my kitchen in the condition they'd found it in. Hot showers again! Yeah!! |
