When I called to make an appointment the man who the phone was extremely rude. I asked if I could have a time frame in the afternoon, he stated "hopefully" we will get someone out between your requested time. I called the morning of my appointment and he literally yelled at me and told me to stop bothering him or he would cancel my appointment. I received a phone call from the technician at 1 pm. He stated he was done for the day and he would not be waiting in a parking lot for 2 hours just to make my appointment and hung up on me. I called once again to try and figure things out, and got yelled at once again. Long story short, absolutely a horrible company to work with, extremely rude, not professional at all. A week later and they can't tell me anything about my part or when it will be delivered. |
