Arranged to have refrigerator fixed last week. Gave a quote on initial visit to the house. Said a part had to be replaced. He did not show up with part til after 8pm on the same day. Had to call him back since the same issue on the refrigerator happened again a couple of days ago. Called him to let him know and he said he would come over. Did not show up at all on the day he said he would instead showed up this morning and said now another part has to be replaced and will return today. It's now after 6pm and still no show! Definitely not someone I would recommend to anybody. Lesson learned!

My washing machine of less than 2 years broke. After a fight with the warranty company, I was got Dan to come and fix the machine. He did an initial diagnosis over the phone, with me sending him pictures of the issue and the make/model number of my machine. He checked for parts and quoted me the cost of parts and labor over the phone. Once we got the go ahead from the warranty company about payment, Dan was able to get me on his schedule right away. He showed up on time and ready to work. He removed the old parts and installed the new and had my washer working in less than an hour. I would recommend him to anyone, and will call him if any of my other appliances break down.
