Well now the heat isn't working and they keep canceling the appointment because they claim the part needed to fix the heat is not available by their distributor. This is the worse company to conduct business with. I am not understanding why AHS is still using them as a contractor. |

I'm writing this literally less than an hour after they left, but they took care of our problem with the heat pump in less than 4 hours after we called them. They came over the same day as the service call, diagnosed the problem correctly, fixed it, and left within an hour. As I type this now, my home is cooling down and the heat pump is functioning properly. I'm very glad I contacted ATR. Hopefully you will be as well. |
