| Chris Davis | Mr. Khanh picked up the phone the day before Christmas Eve around 4pm and came over at 11am the next day. Within 15 minutes he had troubleshot the issue the freezer was cooling but the refrigerator was not, melted the ice buildup on the coils and determined the defroster thermostat was shot. He returned 4 days later to check on the unit and made sure everything was in working order. Mr. Khanh is highly knowledgeable and even took the time to walk me through the maintenance process to avoid any future mishaps. I will definitely be calling him for any future needed repairs. |
