If a machine is only going in rinse less than 2 minutes, something is wrong. Mine kept on messing up in the spin cycle, Robert said it was being overloaded and fixed the jumping. He left and still 2 broken washing machines. I've called them and said they would be out Thursday and nobody showed up or called me. I've called them twice and no return call back. It's bad when a business takes your money and still have 2 broken washing machines. I do not recommend these people. |
