| Stacy Sherwood | I had a dryer that needed in home repair. After 3 days of waiting on the technician he finally showed up. It took 4 trips to finish and it was never on time. One arrival was supposed to be at 5pm and he showed up at 9:30 with his 5yr old son. After finally finishing when I was at work and had to let family let him in. Mud and dog pooh was tracked through the house and in the same night my dryer burned up a belt or something within the first load. I am not seeking my money back just to keep the ignorance out of my life. Spend the extra money. |
