| SOMMER QUILLEN | only gave one star because you can't put a negative on here. This is now the second time dealing with this company not by choice but because the warranty people require us too. They say they will show up between specific time frame and you take off work unpaid and they do not show till 8pm. Then it takes a 2nd person to come meet the first guy to figure out the issue, they do not know what they are doing. We need a part ordered and they did not even order it the week they came out! 3 weeks going on without a washer. The lady on the phone got loud and rude and that is not customer service! I have been in customer service for over 20 years and this company needs to look up the definition. Take your business elsewhere, they don't show on time, they have rude people answering there phones and they do not follow up! |
