This morning when I opened the dishwasher the dishes were very dirty and so I called and asked if they could come repair the dishwasher. I spoke with the repair tech and he tell me to open the door, check the flow valve, and see if it was jammed or stuck in someway. To my surprise, it was out of alignment I moved it to the correct position and the dishwasher now works Great. That was the best service call I have ever received on any appliance, computer, etc. Our family has done business with this company for decades and we would recommend them highly to anyone. |
