I would have just bought a new tv but the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and even told me I could bring it by for him to look at. The tv is a 2017 32 inch Samsung smart tv. I'm sure my grandfather could just get a brand new one for the price of the bulb. But just because of the wonderful customer service. I would rather pay to fix it rather than spend more money on a huge corporate company who spits these TVs out a dime a dozen. Thank you for your help. See you soon! |
