Appliance Repair by Farmer’s Septic Service, Inc. in Moon, Virginia

I called & spoke w/ a receptionist. Asked if they could come out & take care of roots in septic box & fix one of the risers. She said they'd call me back shortly. Never returned my call. Our closing attorney called 2 weeks later today & the woman told her " I don't think he wants to fool w/ that." What??? That's literally your job. Unbelievable. Don't waste your time w/ this Co. We found another Co. that is grateful to do the work & take our money 1,500.

When we built our home in 2004 we hired Farmer's Septic to install our alternative system. Will they did the work, but instead of the system being put in straight they curved the pipes like a question mark. My issue with them is the fact they never came back to seed and grade the drainfield, or stabilize the dirt around the system. After days turning to weeks, weeks into months and months into years trying to get them to come complete the job, they paid us a few dollars by a check taped to our front door. It was not enough to cover a load of dirt or grass seed. I was upset each time I called being told they came by, but I am home during the day never saw them. Even sadder is the fact when I went to get help from the legal route they where notified by their friend I was seeking help through the court system. But I hope things have changed with this company, this was my experience.
