His work ethic and the quality of work he did was beyond excellent. He explained the system to both me and my husband and answered any questions that we had. He also had another gentleman helping the first day and I cannot recall his name but he was also very good and respectful. We have only had our heat pump for a week so the only thing I can say is that is is very quiet compared to the 32 year old system that i had. |
