Miranda Perry | Honest, trustworthy, and great prices. My husband and I broke down on our way home from Christmas vacation. We found this place on google, crossed our fingers and hoped for the best. The people at this location are so kind. They diagnosed and fixed our car in no time. I would recommend this place over and over again. You can't beat the service and the price. And most of all, they are good people. |
Bryan Scott | Went to get an inspection on a vehicle i had just purchased in NC a certified pre-owned vehicle with all up to date service records and they rejected it because, "the E-Brake would not hold car back." I then went and tested the e-brake myself and I had to floor the accelerator to get the vehicle to move with the E-Brake depressed. So i went back to this business to have them re-evaluate the E-brake and the mechanic then got in my vehicle and depressed the E-Brake, placed car in drive and floored it repeatedly until car would move while the vehicle was pointed downhill and then states, "It moves to much for me to pass." I then questioned the mechanic about his testing procedure and asked to show the manual that details the proper procedure for testing the E-brake in Virginia and they told me to leave and threatened to call police on me. I assume it is because i caught them in the game of trying to get extra business by failing vehicles. I then did some more research and found other people in the area with similar problems, example. one person had to have 2 new wiper blades even though hers were not torn and guess what they had to purchase them from this business or they were threatened with a rejection sticker. Another instance a person had a vehicle failed over ball joints. funny thing was they had had new ball joints places 4 weeks earlier at the dodge dealership. I was even called "trash" by the owner on the telephone. I would not recommend this business to anyone. |
