| Jill Griffin | Originally, fixed stopped up drain vent in frost-free freezer and vent for dryer as well. I am handicapped and have a dementia-afflicted elderly woman living here. The reconfiguration of the washer/dryer space is not working and is dangerous for me. Asked Keith to come and change the venting from soft flex pipe to hard. Was treated to a 10 minute tirade about how there was no other way to fix the problem. My oldest son had already ordered and we received solid metal ducting to replace the flex pipe. Keith was so inflexible and would not even consider any alternatives. Do not need this kind of attitude. |
