My appliance warranty sent out one outfit who left saying he needed to order a part and would call when it came in. Somehow the repair ended up going to Electrolux as the ice maker has a 2 year parts and labor warranty. Even though it needs parts these guys made sure I would have ice in the meantime which no one else bothered to do. I will keep them in mind for my other appliances that are no longer under any warranty! |
