BUT when I didn't pass the inspection I had to ask for mechanic to explain exactly what I needed to fix and he gave me really generic statements instead of explaining the actual issues on top of being condescending when I asked for more specifics, which I felt was a ploy to make sure that I came back to them specifically to fix it. I ended up taking my car somewhere else and they actually took their time to explain everything to me and not make me feel like I wasn't able to comprehend what I was hearing. I definitely won't be getting my car serviced here again. |
