Appliance Repair by Ferguson’s Shoe Repair Shop in Hampton, Virginia

I went to Ferguson's Shoe Repair for the first time today and the customer service was less than acceptable. I brought in two leather belts to add two holes in each belt. I asked the man behind the counter how long it would take and he never gave me a clear answer. When I mentioned a time frame he decided to tell me to calm down and that I was stressing. He repeatedly told me to relax when I asked a simple question that should require a simple answer. One minute, five minutes, etc. I didn't appreciate his defensiveness and him coming after me for wanting a clear answer. His commentary to me was less than professional.

I needed a bottle of shoe dye, I stopped by a local store and picked a bottle that was marked as what I needed; it truly did not serve my need. I could have ordered on line, but I needed the item right away. This store had what I needed, and at the on line price. They also offer the services that I wad not aware of.

Has been in same location as long as I can remember. Good customer service
