My ice maker wasn't working so I did all the googling and playing around with water lines in the back and thought I had determined that a 70 part was the problem. Rather than replacing it I went onto Frididaires website to see if there was a certified tech in my area and at how much. It was worth it to me to have it checked in case I was wrong. I was very wrong. I would have never looked at the gear that he found. And that's all it was. The most important stuff for me is that specialist that comes out is clear about arrival time, is knowledgeable and can fix my problem promptly. This gentleman was very clear about when he would be there via texts, he knew the machinery very well and the problem was fixed within an hour. Stuff that isn't as important to me but I value in a repairman interaction, is that he did not talk down to me, he did not BS me and he was generally very friendly. He followed up the day after work was completed. I will definitely give this company business in the future.
