| Dorothy Newlin | The 1st time I used this company, they messed up my thermostat. They came back and fixed it for free. I have another issue so I thought I would call them again. It is Friday morning. Christmas eve is on Monday so I know I need to get someone in. I call and he states he will be here between 2pm and 5pm. 5pm comes and I havent heard from them. I call him and he states they are running behind but they will be here. 8pm comes around....they are still not here. I call and leave a message. I wake up Saturday morning and call at 8am. I am told to find someone else to fix it. I was just a work-in and they don't have time. Well if you had been honest on Friday, I could have called someone else. Now I have called someone else and I am going to pay double for the service call because it is after hours and on top of that, I haven't had heat for 2 days!!!! Poor customer service. Very disappointing. |
