| J. Sharpe | Terrible customer service! Website pointed me to order wrong part for my refrigerator, part was not compatible with my refrigerator upon arrival. I called for authorization to return the part for a refund and did so. Mailed the part back to Virginia Service Supply VSS and notified them it has been shipped back & provided the tracking .= via email. Item was delivered back to VSS and I have still not received my refund. I have emailed VSS 3 times asking when they will issue my refund and I got no response until my 3rd attempt when someone responded back and told me the refund has already been issued when in fact the refund HAS NOT been issued back to my credit card! This person at VSS told me never to contact them again and blocked my email address from trying to contact them again so that I can try and obtain the refund owed back to me and get my issue resolved. On my 3rd email attempt to VSS I had asked them to have the decency to at least respond back to my emails and please provide some level of decent customer service since up until that point I never got any responses back to my email inquiries as to when I would be issued a refund for the item I returned. I've never received poorer treatment / poor customer service like I have experienced with VSS. |
